Finding Myself 4: The ball never reaches the bat

“I have learnt that no ball ever reaches the bat. It is an illusion. If I swing the bat only when the ball comes to the bat, neither before nor after, neither with the fear that I might miss the ball nor by just the thought of the ball coming, I shall discover that the ball never reaches the bat and our involvement in the game is nil. The game keeps happening and we are just spectators.”
