Arnab Sinha       is the founder of Novonanmek Material Sciences Private Limtied, a carbon management company. Arnab is a Mechanical Engineer with an Masters in Material Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering, Science, and Technology in Shibpur, West Bengal. Arnab began his career as a Junior Research Fellow at the Central Glass and Ceramic Research Institute (CGCRI), a distinguished CSIR Laboratory in Kolkata. During his time at CGCRI, Arnab focused on crafting prototypes of Multilayer Composites for Armour Applications.

During the latter half of his tenure at the CGCRI, he also dedicated his efforts to establishing correlations between porosity and mechanical properties of Uranium Dioxide (UO2) and related Nuclear Fuel Materials. This involved the innovative use of ultrasonic waves to analyse porous nuclear materials.

Arnab has been invited to present papers & evaluate carbon capture technologies in the following events:

Master’s Thesis: Preparation and Characterization of Ceramic Nanocomposite – A multilayer armour system using an alternating layer of Nano-Alumina and Nano Lanthanum Phosphate was developed and tested for failure energy.

Following his tenure at CGCRI, Arnab has amassed 15 years of diverse industry experience. He has contributed his expertise to several notable companies, including:

Since 2019-20, Arnab has been developing DAC technology and has now reached a stage where it can be piloted and commercialized after overcoming various challenges.
