Proprietary Architecture System Notice

HOPT-AS, HLAS and NRIA (collectively, the "Architecture Systems") are proprietary Architecture Systems developed and exclusively owned by Novonanmek Material Science Private Limited.

For the purposes of this Notice, an Architecture System means the complete proprietary body of architecture principles, methodologies, standards, rules, frameworks, governance models, qualification methodologies, Blueprint methodologies, decision frameworks, Dynamic Compliance methodologies, Enterprise Infrastructure Integrity Preservation (EIIP), Architecture Assurance methodologies, processes, templates, models, terminology, software (where applicable), and associated documentation and intellectual property developed by Novonanmek Material Science Private Limited for the planning, implementation, evolution, and stewardship of strategic infrastructure ecosystems.

The Architecture Systems and all associated intellectual property are protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, contractual, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Ownership of all present and future versions, revisions, enhancements, modifications, methodologies, frameworks, processes, supporting materials, terminology, and associated intellectual property remains exclusively with Novonanmek Material Science Private Limited.

The use, application, implementation, reproduction, modification, distribution, adaptation, disclosure, commercialization, publication, reverse engineering, creation of derivative works, or any other use of the Architecture Systems, or any part thereof, is permitted only under a valid written license issued by Novonanmek Material Science Private Limited. Possession of this document does not grant any right to use, implement, apply, or otherwise exploit the Architecture Systems.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, a license authorizes the application of the Architecture System only to the specific strategic infrastructure ecosystem identified in the applicable licence agreement, such as a defined Hydrogen Hub, Hydrogen Corridor, CCUS Corridor, Industrial Region, Port, or other designated infrastructure ecosystem. A licence does not transfer ownership of the Architecture Systems or any associated intellectual property and does not authorize application of the Architecture Systems to any other project, region, programme, or ecosystem.

Any person or organization that has implemented, is implementing, or intends to implement the Architecture Systems, or any substantially derived architecture based upon them, without a valid written licence should contact Novonanmek Material Science Private Limited to discuss appropriate licensing arrangements. Nothing in this Notice shall be construed as granting retrospective authorization, waiving any intellectual property rights, or limiting any legal or equitable remedies available to Novonanmek Material Science Private Limited.

Unauthorized use of the Architecture Systems may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in remedies under applicable law.
